I just got a message from my doctor. The MRI showed the known cancer, but no evidence of any other tumors in either breast. Praise the Lord! That was definitely worth the half hour lying perfectly still on my stomach listening to weird machinery noises all around me. Even worth the needle stuck in my arm–and I do not like needles. But now I have one less thing to worry about. Lord, You are so good to me!

Then it occurred to me that perhaps by keeping a blog journal of my experiences, I could provide encouragement and hope to others who find themselves on a similar journey. Please feel free to join me here and share what you have learned through the physical, emotional, and spiritual experience that is called cancer.
